Group Mat Pilates

Up to 10 people per class, to ensure hands-on feedback and more individualized instruction. Beginner-intermediate mat pilates, and barre. This class focuses on mastering the fundamentals and practicing the complete coordination of the body, mind and spirit, so that you can walk away with new tools to add to your daily routine to enhance your quality of life.
LOCATION: Blue Quill Community League, Upstairs studio
BRING: mat, water bottle, class is done in bare feet :)

Outdoor Group Classes
$20
A combination of stair cardio, barre and pilates.
Personalized feedback and corrections on form and alignment. We meet at the top of Grandview stairs (or bottom, Fox Drive stairs) and will do 4 sets of stairs during the class- so you know what you’re in for!

Private Coaching
$100
Personalized one-on-one sessions tailored to your unique body and goals. Together, we focus on form and alignment, core strength, breathwork, and cultivating a deep mind-body connection. Through mindful movement, we’ll identify and retrain movement patterns to better support your body, enhance mobility, and improve your overall quality of life. Expect homework!
